General Provisions

1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and us.

1.2 By purchasing or using a paysafecard you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 We may change these Terms and Conditions if we reasonably consider it necessary to do so. If we do we shall give 2 months notice before such change is made.

All notices and changes will be posted on www.paysafecash.net (our "Website"). You should check the Website regularly for such notices and changes. If you do not object within 2 months after the changes have been posted on the Website, the changes are deemed to be approved and shall be a valid part of the contract between you and us. If such a change has a negative impact on you, you may terminate your contract with us with immediate effect.

1.4 You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a paysafecard.

Complaints

2.1 If you are unhappy in any way with our paysafecard or the way our service is managed, tell us by e-mailing [email protected] so we can solve your problems. Any complaints you make will be dealt with quickly and fairly!

2.2 The purchase price is payable with the order. The payment of the product takes place at your own option by Liberty Reserve USD (we use the transmission procedure "SSL" to the encryption of your personal data)

Final regulations

3.1 Amendments or supplements of these general terms and conditions must be in written form. This also applies to the abolition of this requirement of written form.

3.2 The Law of the Federal Republic of Germany is imperative under the exclusion of the CISG (Convention on the International Sale of Goods), notwithstanding compelling regulations of the state in which you have your usual residence remain.

3.3 Provided that you have no place of general jurisdiction in Germany or move after conclusion of the contract your residence abroad or your residence is not known at the time of the filing of an action, jurisdiction for all litigations is the seat of our company in Erbach Odenwald, regional court Hessen.

3.4 Should single regulations of this contract be invalid or contradict the legal regulations, the remaining regulations of the contract are not affected. The invalid regulation is replaced by the contracting parties by an agreement that follows in form and content a regulation which comes the most near to the economic sense and the purpose of the invalid regulation in legally effective manner. The preceding regulation applies accordingly with regulation gaps.
